BandE stands for Branch and Enumerate and is a generic tool for finding all feasible solution of an integer program.
The cornerstone of this program is its bande::BranchControl class. There a search tree is traversed in order to find all possible solutions.
bande was developed by Martin von Gagern at the TU München in 2007, as part of an interdisciplinary project on the boundary between his computer science major and his physics minor.
